The Death Penalty

The death penalty has been around for years and years. The question is "Is this really cruel and unusual punishment?" My answer is yes!! I am very strong against murder period, and i feel that if you murder someone you should have to deal with it. And the idea of raping a rapist is completely unusual, and the fact that their so sick to even rape someone, they might in fact enjoy being raped.
